Paul W. Lehmann Principal	Paul started his career over 35 years ago with Dow Chemical and has held progressively more senior management positions in manufacturing with Fortune 500 companies as well as private entrepreneurial operations. He was instrumental in taking a new technology company public and raising the asset value to over $175,000,000. He has combined experience and a university education to help him put companies on the path of sustainable growth utilizing modern management techniques such as CI and Lean. His focus is improved profitability, productivity, quality and safety in manufacturing facilities through people and process development.
James G. McMullan    Partner	Jim has a wide breadth of experience in the petrochemical and packaging industries. He has held senior positions in sales and marketing, logistics and plant management. His passion lies in operations management. As Plant Manager he led major productivity improvement initiatives lowering the cost of production and increasing profits. As Director of Supply Chain he directed major sourcing initiatives to lower the cost of materials, and improve working capital. As a member of the management team Jim successfully transitioned a $30,000,000 business through bankruptcy, relocation and merger with another unit. Educated at Bishops’ University Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and CPIM designation in operations management from Humber College.
David Senior Associate	David is a quality expert accredited in HACCP and ISO having both implemented and audited existing programs. His Bachelor of Science Degree is complemented by 25 years experience as a Technical and Quality Manager in the packaging industry. He has utilized Lean and Six Sigma techniques to improve quality and meet the stringent QA programs of companies such as Proctor and Gamble and Cadburys. He is a member of the Packaging Association of Canada HACCP committee and Subcommittee Chair for the Canadian Plastics Industry VOC reduction initiative.
Tony Senior Associate	Tony is an operations specialist with an engineering background and has held senior management positions in the textile, printing, packaging and extrusion industries. Tony is dedicated to optimizing performance and productivity through site and equipment improvements while realigning the labor force for maximum efficiency. He has led multi million dollar project installations and has been able to achieve throughput increases of 27% while at the same time lowering variable costs by 10%. His 20 years of experience are well supported by both business and engineering degrees. Tony holds an MBA from Western, a BAS from York and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
Rick Senior Associate	Rick is our Human Resources and Health and Safety specialist with many years experience in the steel and automotive industries. He has utilized experience on the shop floor as a production manager to drive a H & S program which reduced WSIB costs by more than 20%. He developed an ISO 9000 compliant HR program and has spent time teaching Occupational Health and Safety at Niagara College. Much of his time in HR has been spent in hiring, restructuring and labor negotiations to optimize manpower requirements with workload while providing a safe work environment. He has a multi-discipline education that includes Occupational Health and Safety at Mohawk College, Human Resource Management and Labor Relations at Niagara College and Business Management at McMaster University.
